By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

I, as the artist:
- Maintain all rights and ownership to the artwork and am thus in my full right to use the work for - mainly - portfolios,
- Keep the right to post any art on my social profiles unless requested otherwise,
- Maintain the right to turn down any commission at any time for any reason.You, as the commissioner:
- Are not allowed to (re)colour or "finish" any of my sketches or full works without permission,
- Are under no circumstances allowed to use my work as/for NFTs or AI training. Ever.
- Are aware that my commissions are for non-profit use ONLY unless specified otherwise,
- Is under no circumstance allowed to claim my art as your own,
- May NOT reprint any art for profit,
- Is at any moment allowed to ask for updates!! Keep in mind that any drastic changes may cost you an additional fee.
- Are allowed to repost any commissioned work (preferably with permission), but is required to credit and/or link back to me.


Payment
- All payments will be done through Paypal and are only accepted in Euros. Keep the valuta exchange in mind! Other forms of payment (Discord Nitro, Steam games, Amazon wishlist, etc) are possible upon discussion.
- Payments in real life currencies will be done in tqoparts: after the approved sketch + choice of colour (50% of the price) and just before finishing the piece (the other 50%).
- Unless there is a really good reason for why the commission cannot be done, and this goes for either sides, refunds are not available. Commissions are only to be canceled before payment.
- You will only receive the files for your commissioned work after I have received the full payment. Unless requested otherwise, your files will be sent as .JPEG, .PNG and .PDF files.


Other
- I will do my best to keep the communication steady. At each payment stage I will send you an update on the artwork. At any moment in time you are allowed to ask for revisions.
- All commissioned work is allowed to be used for personal use only.
